It's on my Classic TV To-Do List.
I think Season's 10 through... 14, maybe, are better than a lot of people give them credit for. (My favorite episode - "The Computer Wore Menace Shoes" - is a Season 12'er.) But the most recent seasons are, not necessarily awful, but very mediocre (which compared to the classic years, might as well be bloody terrible).
Anyway, this is why I mentioned how much I've seen of each of these shows, as I might end up watching all of what I haven't seen and realize I ought to re-do my rankings.

You really need to watch some of the classic episodes from Seasons 1-8 of "The Simpsons".

The classic episodes from Seasons 1-8 are witty and hilarious. Seasons 10-24 of "The Simpsons" are bloody terrible!

"Classic Simpsons" is one of the greatest sitcoms in the history of American television. The modern episodes are ruining the legacy of a TV show that was brilliant and captivating in the 1990's.

I think you should watch the classic episodes right now!

Considering that just about eveyone who's commented has mentioned Myles, I think I would- well, look at my last comment. Brandon Boyd: yeah, he's not bad. I didn't think of him at the time - I don't really have strong feelings either way for Incubus.

Thanks for saying who you would take off to make room for the snubs - people often don't think to do that. I think I agree about Cee-Lo, I probably wouldn't include him if I were to make this list now. Bono, I was kind of on the fence about whether or not he was modern. As for Jack, maybe 8's high for him, but, I don't know - he impresses me with his singing. And I think we'll just have to agree to disagree about Claudio.

Brandon Boyd, Myles Kennedy, Brent Smith (not a huge Shinedown fan either, but Heroes is a great song and no one sings like Brent), & whoever sings for Shaman's Harvest (their acoustic version of DragonFly on Youtube is insane; plus The Offering is another great song). Those are my snubs - so I guess I have to take 4 off. Hmm: Claudio Sanchez (I've always thought that band was a singer away from being great), Jack White (great song writer, great musician, great artistic/creative ability, good/not great singer), Bono (he's not modern, he's old, although still pretty good), & Cee-Lo Green (he's not primarily a rock singer).
